I Made My Wedding Dress, Part 3 is up on the blog! I Made My Wedding Dress, Part 3 is up on the blog!
The zipper broke as soon as I was done installing it, with only 3 weeks to go until the wedding. It was one of those hidden blessings... at the time, it was devastating, but eventually I realized it was much better then, when there was still time to fix it. I learned so much from this project.

I brought this fabric home from Chiang Mai just ov I brought this fabric home from Chiang Mai just over a year ago. I still can’t believe I managed to make that trip in The Before Times. I think about it constantly, how I wondered if it was risky to fly through Tokyo since that’s close to China and “that’s where the Coronavirus is”. What a year.

More photos and explanation on the blog tomorrow 👍
I had an idea for these mini blocks but I don’t I had an idea for these mini blocks but I don’t think they’ll become that first idea... we’ll see what they decide to turn into ✨ I really love making rainbow fabric stacks.
